Louise Rogers
CEO, TSL Education
Louise was appointed CEO of TSL in 2009 and she is responsible for all aspects of strategy. Louise joined TSL as Managing Director in 2005 where she was instrumental in the relaunch of both the TES and THE websites and publications in 2006 and 2008 respectively. Previously, Louise ran the San Francisco consumer operations of CMP Information, publishing the US's leading music enthusiast titles. Louise has 20 years experience in the specialist media field. In her earlier career, Louise was the publisher of Building Design, the UK architecture journal, and was an award-winning editor and journalist. She is on the board of Music for Youth and the Education and Employees Taskforce.
Bill Donoghue
Managing Director, TSL Education
Bill joined TSL in 2008 and as Managing Director is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company. His major focus is developing TSL’s online, resources and go-to-market strategy. Bill has over 25 years experience in business with extensive executive experience. Bill joined TSL from Ramesys, where he was CEO, and oversaw a transformation in this business which saw Ramesys become a leading player in the UK schools market. Prior to Ramesys, Bill had a number of executive roles including Head of IT at Tesco Ireland. He is a Director and Trustee of the eLearning Foundation.
Gerard Kelly
Editor, TES
Gerard has been with TSL for over 20 years and has been Editor of the TES since June 2008. He has held a variety of posts, including Editor of the Times Higher Education (THE), which he re-launched as a magazine in January 2008. He was named Editor of the Year [Business] at the PPA Awards in 2011. Most recently, he was responsible for a complete revamp of the TES as a magazine, with an iconic new design, a radical new format and significant amounts of new content. As a member of the TSL Executive team, Gerard is responsible for Editorial and Circulation and ensures they are fully developed in line with the TSL strategy.
Matthew O’Sullivan
Finance Director, TSL Education
Matthew trained with Price Waterhouse, London in the 80s and has over 20 years experience in fast growing businesses. For the last 15 years he has worked in private equity backed businesses and takes an active role in helping develop and implement the TSL strategy.
