Sue has a strong background as a human resources professional with more than 18 years experience of leadership recruitment, retention and development. She has worked across the private, public and voluntary sectors, including for: The Royal Opera House, Universal Music UK, The Hospital Group Ltd, Creative & Cultural Skills and The Metropolitan Police Service.
Sue has run talks for The Society of West London Theatres and students from Westminster University on a range of leadership issues ranging from attraction and retention of senior leaders to performance management.
