Victoria has worked in a broad range of HR roles spanning retail, leisure, media and entertainment. She has worked in both operations and human resources management for organisations such as Marks and Spencer, Time Warner, Electronic Arts and Whitbread. During her career she has worked in both the UK and internationally and has completed projects based in Silicon Valley and Shanghai.
