Louise Rogers was appointed CEO of TSL in 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of strategy at the group. Louise joined TSL as Managing Director in 2005 and has been instrumental in leading the group on a transformative journey from its 100-year UK print heritage to a formidable digital business with members in 197 countries and offices in Washington and Sydney as well as the London HQ. With fast-growing, global brands in both the school and higher education markets, Louise and her team have now developed the largest network of teachers in the world. This is the largest single-profession network in the English-speaking world, in the single largest profession in the world.
Previously Louise ran the San Francisco consumer operations of CMP
Information, publishing the US's leading music enthusiast titles and
digital platforms. Louise has 20 years’ experience in the specialist
multimedia field. In her earlier career she was an award-winning journalist
Chief Operating Officer
Bill joined TSL in 2008 and, as Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for managing the company's revenue streams and operations globally. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of the company's digital strategy and personally leads TSL's digital premium product development and go-to-market proposition.
Bill has over 25 years experience in business with extensive executive
experience. Prior to joining TSL, Bill was CEO of Ramesys where he
spent six years and oversaw a transformation of the company into a
leading player in the UK schools market. Prior to Ramesys, he had
a number of executive roles including Head of IT at Tesco Ireland.
He is a Trustee of The Teacher Development Trust.
